Specification for Graphic Artist
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Applied Arts
Under Graduate with relevant experience and good communication skills can also appear for the interview.
Experience: Min 1 year hands on Photoshop, Coral draw & Illustrator (most important)
Shift timings: 7:30pm -5:30am (Night Shifts)
1. Fluency in current graphic design practices and Graphic production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw & Adobe Indesign.
Ability to create superior, original designs for Print.
2. Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the given brief
3. Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts
4. Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them.
5. Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.
6. Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget.
7. Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
8. Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects
9. Ability to work with a large variety of clients,
10. Excellent organization and communication skills
11. Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
