Experience Required: minimum 2 - 4 years
CTC offered: 2.4 lacs to 3.6 lacs per annum
The profile will consist 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% General HR Activities
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting
- Talent Acquisition for entire West Zone
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
- Managing New Recruit Feedback of New Joinees
- Conducting Monthly Reward and Recognition and Employee Engagement Activities
- Coordinate for Performance Appraisals
- Conduct Exit Interviews of employees
- Monthly and Weekly MIS
