Job location: Mumbai - Nariman Point
Work Experience: 1 - 5 years
Job description/ Job responsibilities:
* Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
* Review and evaluate applicant qualifications.
* Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
* Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.
* Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
* Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Job Portals, cold calls, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
* Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions.
* Preparation of manpower status report & other relevant reports.
* Prepare and maintain employment records.
Candidate requirements/qualifications/experience/skills: Graduate /Post Graduate Degree / Management professional (MBA)
