Job Description:

The Social Media Monitoring Analyst (SMMA) will be responsible for using a mining and report generation tool (Radian6) to mine data from social media (Facebook, local platforms, twitter, websites, blogs) analyze and cull out relevant information and present to the client as reports on a periodic basis.

The SMM Analyst might also have to present the reports periodically to clients and align them on the reports.

Services: through the usage of tool Radian 6

* Corporate communication events monitoring
* Summary reports
* Reputation alerts - image, video, Facebook
* Top story identification
* Topic seismograph
* Daily volume & source distribution
* Spoof Accounts detection Consolidation of local reports into one document
Functional Skills:
* Overall experience of 4 years
* A mindset / knack for learning / absorbing technical and business domain (Financial Services) knowledge is a must.
* Exposure to traditional media (printed) / social media - Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Blogs, etc.
* Client Management skills - client focus and an understanding to talk business language vs. technical, as well as ability to respond in a timely manner to requests/tasks
* Analytical and problem solving abilities; business need understanding
* Skills in planning and prioritization. Organized, detail-oriented and results focused

* Any graduate (Economics or Commerce background would be preferable)
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
