KRA:
The role of the Tele Counselor is among the most important roles in Toppr. As the first point of contact for students with Toppr, you play a crucial role in guiding students. As an educational counsellor you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students on the call and accordingly suggest/offer products that would be beneficial to the student. Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you.
Eligibility Criteria:
*Minimum Qualification- 12th passed as on date of hiring
*Work experience-1 to 9 years in sales/telesales
*Age limit: Less than equal to 35 year old as of 1st Jun 2016
*Freshers will also be considered
Basic Requirements:
*Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)
*Telephone Etiquette
*Passionate about Sales
*Self-Motivated
*Goal Driven
*Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00hrs to 21:00hrs)
