Should be able to handle the end-to-end process of recruitment with multiple clients.
Should have strong understanding of domain.
Should have good expertise in resume search and analysis
Should understand and interpret the requirements properly
Should be able to do effective client interaction from both transaction and delivery point of view.
Should have basic awareness about the industry.
Scheduling interviews, coordinating with the clients, Networking
Maintaining Database
To build talent pipelines of potential candidates.
