The Role : Associate HR Business Partner
Responsibilities in the role:
* Responsible for assisting the HR Business Partner in designing,
implementing and supporting various HR programs in line with the
business goals.
* Handling end-to-end employment life cycle in the assigned business unit
* Set KRA's for employees half yearly, evaluate on monthly basis and execute mid-term review with their reporting managers.
* Maintaining manpower plan (quantity and quality) and making resource projections.
* Match resource capability to changing business requirements and conditions.
* Take prompt, corrective action in any cases of dissatisfaction or issues with delivery.
* Enabling the managers to identify people related concerns at
individual, team or organization level and plan and execute actionable
recommendations
* Partnering with HR COEs to support the business with its people functions
* Coaching employees on the people policies, procedures, programs through various structured connects
* Providing relevant counseling to employees on a range of issues
including teaming, performance management, career development, learning
opportunities, employee relations and other related functions
* Conducting structured interactions with the employees to gauge the
pulse, enabling the business to make effective people related decisions
and communication
* Driving the end-to-end performance management & development
programs including the communication, compliance and normalization
process
* Facilitate performance improvement plans to support the identified needs for employees
* Driving the culture of recognition through formalized programs
* Analyzing employee engagement survey results and collaborating with
the business leadership to strategize and implement engagement
initiatives
* Analyzing people specific data to identify trends and recommend
solutions to formulate programs targeting improved performance,
retention and employee satisfaction
* Grievance management through various communication channels
