Job Description: Front Desk Executive.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The Receptionist would normally attain the required knowledge, skills and attitudes through completion of an office procedures course combined with related experience. Equivalencies will be considered
Tasks & Responsibilities
*Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages to the appropriate individuals, divisions or department.
*Pick up and deliver the mail
*Open and date stamp all general correspondence
*Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
*Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
Telephone calls
*Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
*Respond to enquiries and providing information related to the company.
*Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
*Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
*Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
*Performs receptionist functions
*Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's enquiries whenever possible
*Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
*Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public
*Support & assist the Executive Director and other staff
*Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing and data entry
*Perform other general administrative duties as required
*Typically you are the first line of employees that visitors interact with, so you must be friendly, professional, and helpful to the visitors.
*To assess the needs of clients and refer them to appropriate services available.

Qualifications
*Candidate must preferably be Graduate.
Experience
*One to two years experience in a similar position
*Having worked for a IT product company would be an added advantage
