Designation: Recruiter - HR (Talent Acquisition)

Job Description:-
· To make calls to students & scheduling interviews of the candidates
· To explain about admission procedures and course offered to the prospective students through phone calls and emails
· Regular follow-ups with prospective students via email and telephone from the first enquiry to the time of conversion into admission.
· To convert prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
· Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system.
· Generating inquiries through database calls, emails, referrals etc.
· Lead generation & maintaining daily MIS reports regarding enquiry and conversion status
· Attend to calls on the toll free no
· Co-ordinate with loan providers
· Data management (MIS) of all the leads received
· Manage target based job (performance driven incentives)

4. Good communication skill (English & Hindi)
