Job Description:
* Lateral & Internal recruitments
* Sourcing candidates through Portals (Job Portals - Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs), Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Mapping, Headhunting etc
* Conducting telephonic interviews and Face to Face Interview
* Taking care of Pre & Post Joining Formalities, On Boarding activities
* Campus Recruitments
* Preparing Offer letters & Joining Batches
* Candidate will be working in our Head Office & has to co-ordinate with Branch HRs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Very good communication skills

Working days & timings: Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
