Organization/Industry: A Leading MNC Business outsourcing company

Designation: Senior Executive - Graphic Designer

Vertical: EU - Corporate Communication

Location: Mumbai

Job Description and Key accountability:
* Designing all internal communications and coming up with creative ideas for new internal campaigns
* Creating digital, print-ready artworks for printing various communication collaterals, such as standees, posters, danglers, wobblers, catalogues, business cards, brochures, newsletters, print advertisements etc.
* Creating digital communication assets such as emailers, web banners, web pages, digital wallpapers/ screensavers etc.
* Collaborating with the internal Technology team for implementing designs, wherever necessary
* Editing and mixing corporate/ internal videos to ensure they are digitally presentable and in a format suitable for mass audience
* Suggesting newer ways and means of reaching out to internal audiences through innovative mediums of communication
* Maintaining the content on the company intranet to ensure that all content is correct, timely and in keeping with the audience needs
* Ensuring that the organizational brand principles are followed in all communication and act as the brand custodian for the rest of the organization

Essential Requirements:

* Expert level knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Corel Draw
* A very strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors
* Ability to work simultaneously on many projects, without compromising on the delivery quality or deadlines
* Good working knowledge of industry best practices and toolsets
* Ability to communicate effectively, and to understand spoken and written requirements independently
* Excellent layout skills, with proper usage of white space, contrast, consistency and design principles
* Be comfortable working in a busy, dynamic office environment and working with other team members
* Willingness to stretch for a few hours extra when needed (few such instances)
