POSITION : HR Manager
Requirements:
*Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal, performance issues and also creating performance improvement plans (PIP).
*It may also include responsibility for administrative tasks such as completing performance evaluations, approving leave and initiating disciplinary actions.
*To advise and support managers in decision making around potential breeches of the disciplinary policy. This can be highly sensitive in nature and can result in formal disciplinary action being taken.
*To analysis options and weigh up risks attached to these in order to advise and support managers in the preparation of case information for presentation at disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance hearings.
*To be an active panel member in hearings providing specialist advice to the panel including decisions to dismiss.
*Responsible for coordinating support staff performance and development reviews and providing an analysis of identified training needs. Provide information and advice on
relevant training courses/programmes.
*Development and maintenance of records and information systems for HR.
*Maintain manual and computerised confidential personnel records, producing analyses of information and reports.
*Problem solving with regard to HR issues for all staff.
*Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
*Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
*Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
*Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
*Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
*Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
*Shift Timing: 7 pm to 4.30 am.(Mon- Fri)
