*Bachelor"s degree
*At least Three years of work experience in Organic rankings with Google, Yahoo and Bing
*One to two years of experience in optimizing an online e-commerce environment.
*One year of experience measuring the success of SEM/PPC and SEO efforts.
*One to two years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite, with very strong Excel skills.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.

Job Responsibilities
*Competition Analysis: Thorough with the competition research. Able to check online presence of the site in the search engines, Analyze the main strengths and weaknesses of the competitor"s products and services.
*Behavioral Analysis: Research on the target audience, location and activities, Analyze the behavior and interest of the audience, Know Activities of the target audience frequently.
*Keyword Research: Perform Keyword research on the ongoing basis, Keywords and Phrases Analyses, Keyword Count Analyses, Keyword Competition Analyses.
*Social media optimization: Site presence in Social media websites and forums. Creating Blog and interact with your audience. Creating guidelines for content updating of the site. Participation in Various Online Groups and Forums.
*Traffic Measurement: Monitoring performance of the site through website traffic - page views, visitors, keywords and landing pages.
*Website Analysis: Search engine incompatibility features - more JavaScript, flash in the html page. Code to text ratio of the site.
*Link Exchange: Conducts one-way, two-way, three-way link exchange program for the website.
Typical Deliverables

*Weekly and monthly reports.
*Top rankings for various keywords in search engines
*Deliver increase in traffic as per the agreed goals.
*Come up with the insights that help in generating more traffic.
