Recruitment Activities: Responsible for Company's Recruitment Activities. Follow up with Recruiting Agencies for confirming the availability of candidates, Scheduling Interviews, Sending Feedbacks, (Required to Recruitment Staff Across India. Person Need to Visit Various Cities In India for Recruitment Purpose). Managing of emails and correspondences of Agencies. Fulfilling the Recruitment Need on Time. Coordinating and Communicating with Agencies. Record Keeping and Resume filing.
New Joining, Training and Orientation: Necessary documentation regards PF/ESIC registration, Account Opening etc. Induction, Training & Orientation.
PF/ESIC/PT/MLW/FSSAI Audit and Compliances: Responsible for Working out of PF/ ESIC/PT Reports for Audit Requirement and Comply with legal requirements and Attending Audits at Various Locations.
New Joining/Resign/Retirement: Completing Formalities of New Joining/Resign/Retirement and Full & Final Settlement Matters.
Registers and Records: Maintaining various registers as per rules and requirements.
Leave Wages & Bonus: Calculations of Leave Wages & Bonus and distribution and Maintaining registers.
Final Settlement: Necessary documentation regards Final Settlement, PF return etc.
Record Keeping of Staff Related Documents: Keeping necessary vouchers/statements/records/files for Audit and Legal Compliances
Task-ADMIN Activities
Helping Admin in Routine Functions: Monitoring of Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Property and Facilities Management.
Assisting Admin & HR Documentations, Calculations, Mailing and Communications : Preparing, Comparisons, Accruing Quotes and Letters, Confirmations, Contracts etc. mailing and communications, providing cost effective support to Admin & HR.
Assisting Admin & HR regards various data's and information's: Net Search, Air/Rail ticket ,Car booking, Hotel Booking, Visa Processing, Sourcing and information's gathering
REQUIRED PROFICIENCY
Education:Graduate with Computer Diploma and Excellent with Excel Calculations/Formulas, Good Communication Skills-Verbal/Written/Emails (Tally Knowledge added advantage)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Recruitment, Payroll / Compliances and Familiar with PF/ESIC/PT Statutory Compliances related works. At least 2 years in Single Small & Medium Manufacturing Company.
Familiar in Net Search, Air/Rail ticket ,Car booking, Hotel Booking, Visa Processing, Sourcing and information gathering
Handful knowledge of Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Property and Facilities Management.
Traveling: Person should be willing to travel across India for Recruitment as and when required. Experience is Preferred.
