Responsibilities:
* Handling end to end Recruitment at different levels of the organization.
* Sourcing the profiles from the Job portal, referrals, Manpower Consultants, and existing data bank.
* Scheduling interviews, continuous follow up to make sure that they attend the interview.
* Job postings in Portals as per the requirement.
* Mass Mailing , Client Coordination
* Taking care of joining formalities of candidates.
* Executive search through Job portal search and Advertisements.
* Lineup short listed candidates for interviews and regular follow up with the selected candidates
* Creation & maintenance of database of candidates across various skills.
* Mentoring candidates for interviews to ensure a high success rate.
