About the Position:
This position is an opportunity for a very Junior Creative Web Designer to work with KRDS, the number one Preferred Marketing Developer for Facebook in Europe and India. We are looking for a competent and creative designer that thoroughly understands the visual requirements that support creative goals of the project.

The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable web designer with strong online portfolio & communication skills specifically seeking a boutique studio environment to work with.
Should also be a multi-tasker with ability to focus on multiple projects and deliver work at the highest standards of quality is essential. Passion for interactive and new media design is also vital.

The Designer will work on campaigns for some of the top companies in Europe, India and other parts of Asia. All work will be mostly on Facebook domain apart from occasional websites and emailers.

Job Description:
Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
Creating aesthetic and top notch design concepts
Designing mood boards, storyboards, page layouts, site grids and user interface
Ability to articulate and present creative ideas and brain storm with the design team
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Good understanding of motion design and the strengths and limitations of Flash, Ajax, Flex, Photoshop and other emerging platforms
