Job Description for the position of Web Designer

* 1-4 years previous Designing experience
* Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
* Expert knowledge in Photoshop, Flash,Illustrator etc.
* Web 2.0 design sense: clean and clutter free design with high usability and navigation
* Demonstrated expertise in page layout, graphic design, and user interaction design
* Ability to take creative direction and work with other designers.
* Have self-motivation and detail-oriented mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The curiosity to innovate
* Portfolio showing work
* Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to work on multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment, meeting tight deadlines, and reacting quickly and smoothly to changes
