Position Overview: Team Leader in Client Management physician onboarding vertical would be responsible for hand holding and training the client physicians on aspects that are needed for a good performance at our end. He / She would be actively interacting with the client and will ensure that we help the client perform better and save the client physicians time. Additionally will also help the Operations team perform better by cascading the learnings from client physicians call to the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
1. Should review all the physician specific templates based on diagnoses, procedures and physical exam trends
2. Should conduct the kick off training call for the physicians explaining the Virtual scribe journey
3. Should hand hold the physicians during the 2 week training phase and train them on various aspects like Clarity, Structure, Summarization
4. Take client physicians approval on procedure templates and physical exam trends
5. Do the expectation setting for the client physicians on the look of the note, content and style of documentation
6. Send client performance emails on scribing and coding for the first 2 weeks
7. Cascade the learning / client preferences to the Operations team
8. Reviewing the notes to ensure that all the learnings are incorporated in the note before it can be reviewed by the client physician (for first 2 weeks)
9. Introduce the Physician partner (from Operations team) and transition the entire client physician call to physician partner
10. Audit and monitor the physician partners performance
11. Groom / Train the physician partner for CP-PP calls (Client physician Physician partner)
12. Handle client escalations and provide resolutions within the set target time

Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required:
Years of relevant/domain experience: A Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience (US healthcare preferred) and at least 2 years experience in supervisory role.
