Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition

Liaising with department heads for recruitment and input for vacancy and accordingly prepare and update job description and job specification.
Responsible for recruitment through job portal, headhunting, referrals, consultancies.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment and handling further details thereof viz cross verifying candidate credentials with references
Selection, Induction and on-boarding of employees, Offer letter, Appointment letter, Contracts and necessary paperwork for completion of all joining formalities.
Responsible for maintenance of recruitment tracker and resume data bank.
Generate Headcount reports and Attrition Tracker

HR Operations

Participate in annual increment cycle, prepare salary increment database.
Created and independently authored the new HR Policy Manual that streamlined internal HR processes in order to provide effective and efficient support to the Business through harmonized policies and practices.
Revised job descriptions across all levels and categories to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.
Managed Employee Engagement, HR Announcement, Corporate Communication, etc.
Exit Formalities - Exit interviews, Exit documentation and full and final cycle.
Administration and MIS

Key Skills and Competencies
The incumbent will collaborate with the BU to implement relevant HR strategies
* Drive retention programs
* Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives * Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues
* Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks
* Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
* Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation
* Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
* Independently drive strategic projects
* Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the BU through open houses and employee interactions
* Proactively communicate policies and process to employees
* Drive HR SLAs for the BU to ensure 100% completion
* Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management.
Incumbent Attributes:
Basic Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Planning and Organizing
Pay Roll Management
Advanced knowledge and experience in Interviewing and Selection and Behavioural Assessment techniques Interpersonal/ Communication Skills SAP Knowledge
Basic Knowledge of HR Analytics and awareness of Benchmarks Decision Making Skills
Project Management Analytical Skills
Awareness of Change Management and Organization Design approaches, ability to identify discrepancies Conflict Resolution/ Problem Solving
Advanced understanding and Standards Result Orientation/ Initiative Commercial/ Accounting Knowledge
