Roles and Responsibilities:- To efficiently execute HR strategies to support business objectives.- To drive and Enhance Employee Experience and Engagement.- To work in collaboration with stakeholders and other departments.- To reduce Employee Attrition by Coaching & Counseling.- To maintain reports and execute HR procedures to ensure Administrative Compliance.

-Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee -Engagement / Business HR role.-Excellent Stake Holder Management.-Graduation in any discipline and Post Graduate Qualification in HR is required.-Should be open to work in IRL Shifts.-Should possess good Interpersonal Skills-Should possess excellent communication skills.
