JOB ROLE:
1) Person will be responsible for end to end recruitment process for Non IT.
Fulfilling all requisitions raised by Operations within TAT.
Drive healthy channel mix of external and internal source.
Drive new ideas to reduce hiring cost.
Ensure good Resume and offer conversion.
Maintaining an optimal retention rate for all new joiners 0-90 days
Responsible for Stakeholder management and end-to-end Vendor Management
Well versed in using job portals, Social Networking sites etc.
Should be good in Headhunting & Negotiation.
Shortlisting and screening the profiles based on the Job Description.
Identifying prospective candidates through Personal References, Networking and Portals
Posting advertisements and mass mailing on portals as per the requirement given.
