Job Summary:
Process: HRO
Sub-process: EDM(employee data management)
Designation : Team Member .
Experience: 9 months to 4 years.
Job Location: Mumbai -Powai.
Responsibilities -
1. Handling Employee Data Management activities like New Hires, Termination, Personal Information and Employment Information changes for Europe, South Africa and Middle East region.
2 Handling all activities related to HR Operations for Asia & Europe.
3. Handling all activities like Hire, Promotions, Termination, EIC and PIC
4. Maintaining employee's record.
5. To solve local HR & employees queries on call (If any).
6. To help clients to resolve any queries.
7. To generate various reports on monthly basis for review to management.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills
Customer centric mindset
Strong analytical skills/experience/expertise
Eligibility:
. Qualification: BA/ BBA/ B.Com / BMS / BBM / B.Sc only
. Candidates with gaps in education of more than 2 years are requested not to apply
Minimum 15yrs of full time education is must (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
Graduates through Open univerrsities/Correspondence are requested not to apply.
Candidates should be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shifts
Boundary Limit: Candidates residing beyond Diva / Belapur / Dahisar are requested not to apply.
