JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

PHP Developer
Should have experience in PHP development with proven experience in developing scalable, reliable and robust products.
Expert understanding of Mysql schema design advanced querying, indexes, triggers, and performance optimization.
Sound knowledge of web development & custom PHP programming with one or more open sources MVC frameworks like CakePHP, Codeigniter, YII, ZEND, Laravel, etc
Should have knowledge of CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal.
Should have hands on in DOM, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery/Prototype and AJAX.
Expert understanding of OOPS and MVC design patterns.
Expert understanding of PHP, including security practices and third-party API-integrations.
Expert understanding of JavaScript, including experience with object-oriented JavaScript patterns
Working knowledge of WAMP/LAMP stack and open source software.
Should have good controls over LINUX commands for Linux server handling.
Should Have experience in leading a team of Developer
Knowledge of Node, Backbone, and MongoDB etc will be added advantage. 
Knowledge of Version control system will be an added advantage.
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members.
Effectively Co-ordinate with development & QA team members.
Should have excellent coding and logical skills along with excellent written and verbal communication.
Should be able to perform timely evaluation of new technologies and methodologies.
Should be able to work under tight deadlines.
Should be able to research solutions independently and solve problems.
