Brief

The Counsellor / Sr. Counsellor at Aakash Institute will be responsible for counseling students and parents about our organization and our course offerings.
Specific Accountabilities include:

- Counselling Students and parents about our courses
- Managing fee structure fee software of different programs
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
- Managing monthly expenses
- Co-ordinate with other centres in Mumbai
- Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for up coming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
- Handling administrative responsibilities
Qualifications Experience

- A minimum of 1-3 years of progressive counseling or administrative experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Ability to influence, convince, and persuade
- Passion for work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Industry knowledge would be a plus
