Job Profile -
HR STRATEGY
Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
Advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a
variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence
management, working conditions, performance management and equal
opportunities
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedure
HR Policy creation and implementation
RECRUITMENT & RETENTION-
Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding
on talent search strategy Shortlisting applicants for interview using a
variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing
Interviewing shortlisted candidates
Joining & Inducting formalities
Retention methods to devise for organizational growth
EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT (salary, learning & development, employee relations)-
Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
Undertaking regular salary reviews; performance management, reward
schemes to devise periodically negotiating with staff and their
representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating
to pay and conditions;
Address grievances and issues
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records; salary and compensation benefits
Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
Periodic training programs to formulate and execute
Other administrative role and secondary HR activities

Coating, Adhesive, and Rubber/Tire & Allied Industries.

Each division has the revenue responsibility.
