Responsibilities
Manage part of the Employee Life Cycle Function
Manage on boarding process
Ensure all Employee Files are complete
Maintain Employee Files in our Document Management System
Process systems changes as required
Produce reports as required
Support other processes, projects and team members as required
Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization
Self-starter with ability to take initiative
Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred
