Job Description:

End to end recruitments from sourcing to joining:
* Actively participate in the manpower planning with the SBU Heads
* Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Mapping, Headhunting etc
* Telephonically screening & short listing candidates as per the JD & JS
* Coordinating with the candidates till the candidates joins
* Achieving & exceeding the recruitment target month on month
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Post Graduate Fresher or 6months experience in consultancy recruitments or Sales (Added advantage)
* Very good communication skills
* Pleasing personality
* Extrovert
* Target oriented
Remuneration: Best in the industry + Incentives
Working days & timings: Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
