Designation : Human Resource Executive 
Location : Mumbai ( Bandra - BKC)

Job Description :
* Recruitment (Pan India)
* Employee Induction
* New Projects
* Documentation Ensure ERF is filled and submitted to RSC after approval
* Post jobs on Naukri.com basis job descriptions.
* Coordinate with placements, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
* Call candidates for interviews
* Coordinate the interview schedules with the General Manager of the restaurant and ensure that the candidate is met.
* Coordinate trade tests for kitchen / production level recruitments.
* Collect required documentation, and issue pre offer in keeping with the salary budgets guidelines set.
* Ensure all interviewing related documentation is in place (Applicant Form, Assessment forms, trade test forms, Job descriptions, etc.)
* Negotiate salaries & issue Offer letters after collecting necessary documents.
* Ensure pre-joining formalities are completed (reference checks, medical check-ups, background verifications)
* Ensure that concern team is informed and is prepared for the new joiner.
* Engage the candidate to ensure he joins on date provided.
* ERF tracker to be closed post joining. Conduct the HR induction for new joiners
* Inform and instruct new joiners on organization, hierarchies, all policies, processes, service charges & tips eligibilities, etc. Maintain a data base of resumes downloaded or received through Naukri with the feedback & candidate status mentioned.
* Updating Manning list
* Conduct level interviews of candidates
* Coordinating for Interviews
* Closing the designation
* Issuing offer letters
* Coordinating for Medical check upWill be responsible for maintaining ERF tracker
* Will be responsible to updating Consultant tracker.
* Will be sending new joiners mail every week.
* Maintaing call tracker and employee database To understand completely & conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
* To give unconditional support to new openings for all RSC team members
* To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire
* To be fully conversant with the geographical layout of the operation
* To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
* Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times.
* To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, RSC and all other departments and suppliers.
* To provide courteous, professional, attentive and efficient service at all times towards internal & external customers.
* To attend and contribute to functional and inter-functional meetings and other related activities.
* Be willing and open to transfer across companies / locations as per work exigencies
* Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times.
* To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Be fully conversant with our departmental / inter-departmental processes' Quality checks, Health & safety policy and Fire safety procedures

Candidate Profile : 
Hospitality Industry Exp preferred or other industry, consultancy exp .
