Qualification and experience:

• BE/BTECH or CA/ICWA – or equivalent with MBA would be an advantage.
• 6 to 8 years of Domain experience – Trade & Logistics (Distribution), Manufacturing, Projects or Finance
• 5 to 6 implementation experience in Axapta across various versions
• Preferably 2 to 3 years experienceas a Head Delivery or Program Manager rolerelating to large Axapta project/s
• Willing to travel extensively on short notice – Domestic and International
• Certified with Microsoft Sure Step Methodology and/or PMP
• Should have a good sense of humour and self-governing

Key Result Area:

• Managing the Projects of Axapta and related systems
• Responsible for Project Delivery as per plan – Onsite and Offsite
• Billing rolling plan and collections
• Staff Augmentation and Managing the Resources pyramid (Managing Delivery structure – Program Managers, Project Managers & Consultants)
• Interaction with Client acquisition team for validation of pre-sales solution overview and effort estimates
• Prospect interactions and confidence building for delivery
• Managing knowledge repository and reusable components from existing or past projects
• Inputs to Customer acquisition team as case studies/white paper
• Enterprise Project Management entry updates and reviews
• Resource utilization and efficiency
• Existing Customer Management and Annuity Business
• Customer Satisfaction Index
• Adherence to company quality process and procedures

Job Description:

The incumbent is expected to manage a team of Consultants and closely work with them for achieving the delivery on time.   Able to support project leaders for developing project Plan with technical scope and objectives of the work, staffing, scheduling with key mile stones and deliverables, budgets, risks, contingency plans and how to allocate available resources. Take care of Customer Relationships along with the Program/Project Managers by attending reviews and Project closure meetings. Make sure billing is done on the deliverables and money is collected. The incumbent is responsible to motivate the team of consultants and closely work with the Business Head for achieving the targets.

• Good Communication (written & Verbal) and Presentation Skills are required
• Good command on English Language
