Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
*Create crisp, attention grabbing and business oriented social media posts.
*Thorough understanding of social media analytics.
*Experience running paid social media ads.
*Define and design 360 degree social media and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
*Ensure that all websites and internet properties under your influence have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience
*Should be able to build efficient SEO & SMO strategies to generate online leads & increase our search engine ranking
*Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
*Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
*Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
*Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing
*Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
*Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
*Research and analyze competitor advertising links
*Develop and implement link building strategy
*Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
*Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
*Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
*High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
*Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
*A mindset / knack for learning / absorbing technical and business domain (Financial Services) knowledge
*Skills in planning and prioritization. Organized, detail-oriented and results focused

Professional Skills & Qualifications

*1 - 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

*Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
*Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool

*Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)

*Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments

*Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
