ABEC is looking for Senior HR Recruiter, strong in many areas of HR gamut, can
work towards Development of HR department, through knowledge in the area of HR.

Job description:

*Responsible for end to end recruitment and Team handling.
*Taking initial round of interviews and coordinating for the final round of interviews.
*Sourcing relevant candidates through various mediums like portals. LinkedIn, Facebook, Headhunting, screening & background verification, reference check, preparing job description etc.
*Shortlisting and hiring MBA students through campus.
*Offer negotiations, pre and post joining formalities.
*Making recruitment related reports and tracker, feedback to the candidates.
*Conducting Interviews and coordinating with HR Heads & Business Heads.
*Handling vendors & entire recruitment process for foreign candidate's placement in our company etc.
*Closely working with consultants, maintaining recruitment database, short listing suitable candidates.
*Ensuring that the newly appointed personnel are provided required training and smoothly fitted into their assigned roles and the overall system, thus ensuring proper functioning of the organization.
*Sending feedback to the respective consultancy on a daily basis.
*Sending the reports to the management when required.
*Handling MIS work.
*On boarding formalities.
*Preparing job description,
*Rolling out offers to the selected candidates.

Requirements:
*Any Graduate/MBA/PGDM/PG diploma or Part time MBA.
*Good with Excel functions like: Pivot table, V Look up, H look up and basic of Excel
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
*Flexible and a self-starter, able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented
*Flexible with long work hours
*Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
