Roles Supported

• Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance
  • Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.

 Qualification

Engineering Graduate  or CA/ICWA, MBA preferred

 Experience

12+ yrs total and 7+ yrs on the product (atleast 3 projects on current version)

Domain Experience

• Finance/ T&L
  • Core product technology skills sets.
  • Advanced domain knowledge in one or more vertical industry

Product knowledge

• Have strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of the product.
  • Knowledge and experience on the latest version of the product i.e. AX2012 is essential.

Project experience

7 full life cycle implementation projects AND at least 2 Upgrade/ migration project experience to latest version. India localization knowledge essential.

Roles description

Solution design based on pre-sales study report and as-is requirements document. Efforts estimation experience. Validation of pre-sales solution overview and effort estimates. Identify and recommend product customizations and enhancements to meet client requirements. Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business Consultants and Technical Consultants/Developers to ensure each phase of the AX implementation for the client is being executed with the solutions provided/recommended to the client in a timely manner. Excellent product knowledge to be used to provide solutions to project teams in handling difficult mapping situations

Soft Skills

• Clear communicator (written and verbal).
  • Creative solving of business process problems & conflict resolution.
  • Complete command over the product (latest version and one version prior to latest)
  • Knowledge of interview techniques
  • Excellent command over English language
  • Think clearly and calmly under pressure
