Job Description:

Make a content to serve customers on Social Forum- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Cosumer Forum, Emails, Android Forums.


Look after Consumer Complaints for the company and resolve issues


Content Writing for Android Forum


Engagement with customer reviews on various social platforms


Manage multiple projects aligned for delivery monthly


Analyze customer service issues and come up with a resolution to enhance services


Create a knowledge base for FAQ'S listed on the website


Pill out daily report based on customer service


Sending highlights, news flash internally to the members of the company


Create a blog for important events, shows to be listed on the website.


Put up notifications on the website to notify users about the happening events in the country.


Manage all the social portal in regards to customer service.


Manage the internal R&R event in the company


Coordinate web projects across departments


Copy edit and proof read all web content


Track and report on all site metrics


Promote the company's products and services through Social Media
